Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the services and mission of Transgender Rights Consultancy. You will be responsible for driving sales, marketing initiatives, and account management to expand our client base and raise awareness about transgender rights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our consultancy services and enhance brand awareness.

• Identify and engage potential clients, including NGOs, legal firms, and institutions, who can benefit from our expertise in transgender rights.

• Initiate outbound sales efforts, including cold outreach, networking, and relationship building to expand our client portfolio.

• Collaborate with the legal team to understand our services thoroughly and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.

• Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, and newsletters, to educate and inform our target audience about transgender rights.

• Manage client relationships, ensuring timely communication, understanding their needs, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Attend relevant events, workshops, and conferences to represent the consultancy and build connections within the legal and LGBTQ+ communities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).

• Strong passion for transgender rights and social justice.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

• Empathetic, open-minded, and culturally sensitive approach.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

Location: This position is open to remote work, allowing you to contribute from anywhere while reaching a global audience. We however will prefer applicants from Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad locations.
